The Ctrl Alt Del or the F10 won't respond and when the BOOTMGR appears it makes a sharp beep noise and it won't stop until I turned it off.

Thx for showing the location of bootmgr file ,I have the same problem , so I remove the hdd from my laptop and plug it in my desktop as external drive and copy the bootmgr file from c drive and paste it to laptop drive,and remove and insert the hdd to laptop and boot and the error gone😉
