Bro i am facing a problem that when i try to plug the bluetooth it is automatically detected as Usb Mass Storage Device. At first it was working well but when i turned off bluetooth it is detected as other device

STILL NOT ABLE TO FIX IT ON DELL INSPIRON 15... IS THERE ANY OTHER OPTION ...I AM FACING BLUETOOTH PROBLEM SINCE I HAVE INSTALLED SSD BY REMOVING MY CD DRIVE .... IS THE BLUETOOTH HARDWARE HAS ANY CONNECTION WITH CD DRIVE ..? PLEASE REPLY SOONER

not fixed. i tried to fix my buetooth doing everything past 3 to 4 years. i guess the wireless & Bluetooth card has an issue ?but my wifi works! pls help. Update: tried to swap cards and it didn't work

Go to Device Manager > View > Show Devices. Then Bluetooth will appear in the list. Restart your system. I had the same issue today. I did this and it worked.
