You just use the one you want, you should just use the second algorithm at the beggining. Most algorithms don't have so many variations

I use these two: M2 U M2 U M' U2 M2 U2 M2 U’ M2 U' M' U2 M2 U2 Respectively, I use U-Perms that can be mirrored the exact same way. I feel like mirrored algs are completely fine for these easy and fast cases because all you're doing is changing U moves to U' and vice versa.
