We have a senfeng laser raycus laser source and for some reason our lower protective lense has to be changed atleast once a day but it always seems to be small black or Grey looking dots

We have a machine 6 kw and always the upper protective lens 30*2 mm (upper side of the colimating lens) is burning. We cant find any solution till now

The height for marking is set a little higher.

What is the reason for upper protective window has been damaged frequently? Small black spots and also moisture content will be found when upper lens damaged.

I cut 1,5mm thick carbon steel using air on a 1kW head. 2 days ago I tried to cut a 6mm thick carbon steel using Oxygen but I didn't change any parameters other than cutting speed. Today I switched back to cutting 1,5mm carbon steel with air but it doesn't cut through. Any idea what might have happened on the head?

Have you ever seen the protective lens crack? Cutting with N2 on a 1500W source and two protective lens have chipped out of the side.

Check the temperature.

I have problem of burning black point on the upper side of the second protective lens located between the lower protective window and the focussing lens. problem occurs after aproximativelly hour cutting. All other lenses are clean without any problem. Also nozzle centering is Ok. airvoredsure is ok. need your previous help if possible. if you share me your whatsup nbr, i can send you photos.
