This meditation had me feeling like i was levitating into the air, and i felt high, but a good energetic high, i was tingling in my feet and my heart chakra and solar plexus chakra area were hot, i also felt that leap i cant explain it but i felt the shift. Upon waking up today i felt lighter and in a new mindset, also full of confidence. Manfiesting everythig for my highest path . I found this half an hour ago today. I did a meditation earlier connecting to my higher self. Before i started, this med i felt like i was taken off old clothes/energy, quite determined. Whilst listening to this med 3 times i placed my hand quickly to my heart and took a deep breathe. When i do this its confirmation. In my soul's ascension process when I began merging with my monad this specific dialect of light language activated through me & I began to remember it as I continued in my integration process with my monadic higher self consciousness.
