for everyone complaining, she is doing a try on for HER skin color, HER eye color. it doesn't look the same on everyone and for the people saying "they don't look like that in real life!!1!" well, this is a VIDEO. seriously, you can't blame the girl for the decisions y'all make. just bc it doesn't suit you doesn't mean it doesn't suit others. the lenses may look great on her but not great on you. or they could look great on you and not so great on your friend. she's showing you what they look like when the light hits/doesn't hit them so it's up to you to decide whether you like them or not. they're not gonna look 100% real. why? because they're LENSES. either way, if these colors are too strong, she's done other videos trying on different lense colours. at the end of the day, it's up to u people to research and see how it looks on different people so stop blaming the girl bc they don't suit you.

Hi! Really nice videos! So I want to buy a grey shade. I bought quartzo and honestly it is just too vampy for my taste. Now I just want a nice grey hidrocor that isnt like vampy and pops out, but something that looks noticeable but not vampy. Can you recommend which one? Thanks!

Can I submit a word of caution to people when buy these or any other contact lens out there based on Reviews. a) know your base eye color - meaning if you have Black Eyes (Can barely differentiate the pupil from iris), Dark Golden Brown vs Dark Chestnut (more neutral vs more red-brown, in light can differentiate the pupil), Medium Golden Brown or Medium Chestnut (conversation distance can differentiate pupil from Iris), Or light brown. This helps you know which colors will give you a more zombie effect vs more blending effect. b)understand your skin tone in comparison of lens, are you red, yellow, pink. c)look at photos and test them out. Example, i'm a very dark olive complexion (mostly orange, have combination of mostly yellow with red undertones) with Medium to Dark Brown eyes. Even though I love greens, i pull of blues, grays better. Ocre looks natural on me vs Mel looks Zombie. Know the look you're going for. Bright Contacts (such as Ice), many girls use with makeup to subdue the brightness and contain it and they understand this is a drastic look. Always view color comparisons. Example, Ice, Graphite, Cristal and Quartzo are all in similar color Families, take heed to understand that 4 different looks based on primary skin tone and eye tone. Hope this helps some people out :-)

THANK YOU! Finally someone understands how this works. For example I'm really pale, but neutral skin color, with ash blonde hair, and dark grey eyes (similar to Hidrocor Grafite). Because I have mostly cool tones (and naturally grey eyes) Ice, Cristal, and Quartzo look really good and natural on me, while Ocre, Topazio, and Mel look strange, because they are warmer colors, or too bright for my pale features. KNOW YOUR SKINTONE, HAIRCOLOR AND NATURAL EYECOLOR PEOPLE.

hidrocor is more natural

For those who say it does not look natural... Not even my parents recognized I wore contacts. Especilly hidrocor graphite and NC ocre look suuuper realistic. I even wear them at day. I also tried hidrocor quartzo which is much to light for people with light hair and skintone. But natural colors quartzo is very very good. I wear them when I go out at night. At daytime 30% of the people see that these are contacts.

+damnsheknows My Quartzo lenses came and look great. I'm very pleased. They cover my golden brown eyes well. They do look natural when I'm wearing makeup but a little bit spooky with a bare face, lol. I'm sure it's my coloring that causes this effect. I'm pale with blonde hair so I need makeup to warm things up. Thanks again for video and promo code!

Noi, the seagreen will be more muted, it will look more like Marine, it tends to lend itself to an unnatural appearance more towards Esmerelda

Did you tried Graffiti? If so, how you like them? I have Hidrocor in Mel but they are to bright and I know many people say that Hidrocor line are the most natural looking, but I don't think so, is very rare find a natural eye color without limbo ring the limbo ring in my opinion looks more natural so I'm thinking in get NC in Graffiti will see 😉

I also ordered Quartzo. I knew that the design was that pixel-look but you'd need to be right in my face to see that. From a reasonable distance and the right makeup, I'm pleased with mine. As far as "fish eyes" - does that mean your vision? I could see clearly. Sorry that happened. Contacts really aren't one-size-fits-all. Maybe the measurements just don't work for you.

Kristen M. Yeah, they changed the opacity in 2017. I hate it. There's a way larger pupil and there's pixels in it compared to the earlier soloticas they looked more brush stroke like and natural. Quality gone down.

Kitty Show Hidrocor, but they're very light aswell. So If you prefer a darker shade, Natural Colors. the Natural Colors Ice are like Bratz or Barbie doll eyes! and Hidrocor looks like some extraordinary real eyes

avela, are better imo. they change your eye color but it's more subtle, like natural looking. the mels just made me look like a zombie unless i wear fake eyelashes and really do my makeup, but i personally didn't feel comfortable with the Mel's. i'm also slightly tan, so avela fits better for my complexion.

I don't know . I have searched about Solotica for 10 days . Finally bought Quartzo today . It was a disaster ! Literary I couldn't wear them more than 10 minutes . They were so bad unlike Lense me . My eyes burned and hurt , I felt there is something wrong . The left one kept scratching my eye there was a brown dot that didn't come out . Beside I couldn't see very well and side of the color gets in my vision area . God ! I feel so bad for my money , because I'm someone who is poor and that takes me a lot to buy a contact lenses wishing for Rocking look . T___T

Stating the obvious, these contacts will look different on everyone. I've been buying solotica for years and the lighter ones that have been revamped like cristal and quartzo could definitely give a zombie look, especially if you have darker skin, dark eyes and dark hair like me. But the quality of them is amazing. They don't look like pop out contacts like freshlook or anethesia. I just got marine so hopefully that will be the perfect shade of blue for me

The Natural Colors are less opaque and darker as compared to Hidrocor so there's no change of them being Zombiesh, the Hidrocor although are very opaque and without a ring outside so some people find it zombiesh, It totally depends on how the colors combines with your skintone. This is why I've shared skincolor differences aswell for max help

Azul Hidrocor is the MOST natural looking, not too light and not too dark. Although at nightime they seem dark sea green :)

ruthy keisar no i got the new version. its been 1 month that i bought ice. i also bought hidrocor crystal 2 months ago. dont buy both of them! crystal is literally white, they will look toooo vampirish, and also ice is veryyy vampirish. if u want a vibrant and natural lens, then u should buy, natural colors ice, and natural colors quartzo. stay away from crystal. if u want me to show you how they look, u can give your instagram to.me and i can send them to u
