Hey girl, I’m planning on going to Tunisia for my birthday in a few weeks (also solo trip) and I came across your video. Could you give me a bit more information about a few things: 1. Airport to hotel transfer. Did you book transfer beforehand or did you get a taxi (if so how much did it cost). I’ll most likely be in Monastir or Sousse. 2. If you could share your itinerary. How did you find it travelling to other places like Carthage and Sidi bou said since they are a few hours away. Did you get taxi (how much was it) 3. How was the weather. I will be going end of January. Is it still warm right now? 4. Any advice and recommendations Thanks x

I sure can!!! I flew with TUI and they provided the transfer to and from the airport. There are taxis available at the airport so I don't think it would be difficult to get one if you don't have a transfer. I will get my itinerary together and share with you. I went mid December and temperature was still hitting 25° some days, however, some days were cold so it'll be best to pack for both cold and warm days since you are going in January - there will definitely be cold days. Getting around was super easy. A lot of the hotels have taxi ranks outside or you can use the bold app. Ask hotel staff for taxi prices so you have a rough idea of costs. 2 important things worth noting is that you need to have your accommodation information handy at passport control and you should take enough cash to exchange into their currency once you land. You cannot take their currency in or out of the country.

Day 1: spa session: massage, sauna, steam, Turkish bath and jacuzzi Day 2: Welcome tour: Hergla town, Medina, Hammam sousse - port el kantaoui Day 3: 2 day Sahara adventure Day 6: Day trip from sousse to Tunis. A lot of these tours are run by the travel company that I used so they will pick up and drop off from the hotel. Don't know where you're staying but I'm sure there will be tour companies in the hotel you can use. One of the tour guides I met also offers a tailored excursions, his name is Ali, he took me to Tunis for the day trip, you can contact him on +216 20 504 506 and say from Dee 💕 I hope you enjoy your trip x
