Foxhole is when you can roll up with a tank,pick up some randos, survive for 4 hours and become brothers with your rando crew. and when you finally get blown up you all scatter and never see each other again, but it doesnt feel sad

I want to share with you all my first ever tanking experience. I launched the game for the first time with a friend a week ago. We did logi ever since as we did'nt know quiet well what we could do to help. I came across this video and we decided to try this out. Spend the last few hours gathering ressources and knowledge on how to build a tank. We then rolled to the front not knowing we were driving on an enemy-controlled main logi road. Three enemy tanks came out out of knowhere to show us the right way, we know exactly how long we lasted after engaging because I just had time to shot once. So yeah less than 16 seconds. Sorry to our mates for the meterials we recklessly spoiled. That was so much fckin fun tho

I once went with an STD to the front all alone. There I met another STD with only 2 men and I asked them if we could combine. They said yes but one guy wanted to bring their STD back to the seaport next Hex. We played, destroyed 2 Falchions and got destroyed. Then we wanted to do it again with the second STD, but he couldn't make it back to the hex, we waited 40 minutes for him to get through the queue.

Yea it’s a problem when I the Lt Col go meet People and invite them to tanks it’s alway the feeling that there a bit scared to fuck up and get screamed at

Here I will tell you how to get tank crews. This will work 90% of the time. Most people will say "Hey, I need a tank crew!"

if youre going solo to a front and are unsure how the front is looking, you might wanna choose a more versatile tank like an outlaw or a highwayman or collie equivalents 👍 edit: i wanna elaborate since there aren't really any collie 'equivalents'. what im talking about is mostly quick traversal and an mg.

ive solo filled battle tanks and a lot of other tanks its a lot of fun because the crew is people who want to play and enjoy the game and not be a downer about it

One time I solo scout tank two small boots who try to partisan us that was funny I see them flowing under the bridge one my road I knew the bridge next was broken so I camp on the bridge where I was sure the need to come back that was funny 😂 btw I am a scrooper and mpf tanks most time I make 2 crates one for the public and one for my self or friends

True! I always like the driver position and commander the most I think.

This is very late war with a lot of resources and regiments releasing stockpiles so its easy to find tanks its not like this for the most of the war

I would have to disagree. Been in a lot of wars and after about day 15 or 16 in a war you can start to look in any backline seaport/storage depot and you should find some tanks in the stockpile. They progressively become easier as the days go on. As I stated from my other free tank video as well if you can't find one already built you might be able to find the rmats in storage depot or seaport as well. Now of course you won't be getting any super tanks or battle tanks without either little work or joining a group but you can at least find some kind of tank.

What, why didn't you put this tank gameplay on your last 104 war, like it was awesome man

Unrelated to the video - it should be illegal (real life laws) for someone to build a facility right next to any bridge or defensible choke point.

Hard agree! Had some major issues with this when facilities first came out. It has calmed down a bit and facility makers are little better but there is still some work to be done and more discussion to be had about that!

I use map mods and color mods for the items. And all mods are good to use as long as it's not giving you any advantages. Look at itch.io or nexus for foxhole mods. 0:41 for any colonial out there thinking warden stuff is OP this is the public stockpiles in most of the times in most front and even backline hexes compare it with colonial public stockpiles compare the tank numbers I played colonial this war and colies would never run out of tanks at the front comparing to warden where you have to be part of a medium to big regiment to be able to hop on a tank and have fun

I will say having played both sides Collies have more tanks in public stockpiles a lot faster and in more numbers than Wardens. At least from what I've experienced. I could be wrong in certain situations. I mean you also have FMAT on Wardens giving out a bunch of tanks as well but they are built to be used not built to be stored. Thanks for your input! Cheers!

Yea filling up the tank with ammo does suck! Ha I’d recommend asking someone near you if they are free to help you fill it up quick since we don’t have small engines any more.

Only if you get a second account and you do a specific set up with your computer. Like I know someone that does it and needs a foot pedal to use to move the tank forward. It can be done only that way, otherwise you need to actually find players to crew it which I would recommend you do that instead. Lot more fun and you can meet some pretty interesting people!

Just say i need a gunner 😂 and hope the random dude can aim straight 😂

Imho the gunner having no mic is a big no-no, especially without a commander. A driver without mic is usually fine tho since he only has to follow gunner/commander instructions due to his limited vision.

playing solo is so dumb theres no hurt in joining a clan and most likely youll be a lot more impactful

Going to have to disagree with you. There are benefits to being both solo or in a clan. I've played mainly solo for my 800 hours and have done just as much for the war as some clan members do for an entire war. I've also spent an entire war being in a clan member and doing clan task. So again I know there are merits to both. I know that clans can do more "damage" with specific coordination and operations but overall solo and clans are needed to make the foxhole world go round. If you have more specific examples of your take I'd be happy to discuss those with you.

I only want to make 1 statement regarding my original comment, and before reading keep in mind when i refer to "solo guy" i mean what 1 single person can accomplish when he works together with others, organising them or getting help from them, not what he can accomplish as a 1 man army because frankly, theres not much impact to be had in foxhole as a lone wolf. I agree with you that even as a solo player you can do just as much as the regular clan member, if you play a lot. However, because usually that clan member will have access to enourmous stockpiles, and most importantly to the scarcest Resource in Foxhole: Manpower, he has the potential to be a lot more effective as a solo guy. He can reliably get people to aid him in transport with trains, hopping into a BT or otherwise scrapping with him and most importantly you can plan ahead in a clan using discord, whereas there is no certainty when trying to play with randoms, as sometimes nobody wants to join you or the random will just disconnect. So in summary, the greatest reasons i can think of right now why a clan man most likely is more effective than a solo guy playing with randoms is the ability to plan ahead, and to get reliable Manpower.
