In this silent vlog (an ASMR), I travel solo on my motorcycle, an old BMW1200GSA. I am heading up into the mountains where I camp at an altitude of 1200m (3937 ft) , I cook and relax near the campfire, enjoying a nice view over the valley. The next day, I take my backpack and explore the rain forest, I hike up into the alpine aria and reach the top of the surrounding mountains.
I travel at the end of October when the overnight temperatures deep down below 0C(32F).

Spot on! 😀 I guess you are quite familiar with outdoors/mountains/off-roading... That would be sad story to escape a 🐻attack and to be run over by a 🚚. Where I camped was a dead end. You might be able to see the tree line at the end of the road in the video @59:49 (40-50m away from me). Thanks for pointing out, I will add this note in CC. Happy you liked the video!

@@Walden_Woods Hey Walden Woods, no I did not see that but now it makes sense. I really just figured no one would be cruising by in the middle of the night anyway. I used to ride and camp when I lived in the Northeast at a younger age. I sold my Triumph Tiger 900 XC SE a few years back and now cruise smaller adventures on my Triumph Bonneville T120. Camping but back roads, dirt roads, roads people have forgotten.... staying away from the highways. Back road rambler I guess. I really just ride to eat at interesting places!

I can’t say I would have had the balls to set up camp in what appeared to be the middle of the road, but good for you. Just when I think I am all alone in a spot, someone else appears! Doesn’t matter how remote. 🤷♂️

Thanks for watching! Good point. This branch of the road was impassable for cars due to washouts. It was a dead end also as I mentioned in subtitles @ min 5:05. Tree line could be seen at the end of the road @ min 59:49. BTW no matter how remote it will always be possible that someone will appear. Speaking for me , I just enjoy the moment, I can't live with fear and I am OK with whatever might happen😀 Stay strong! Peace!

Hi mate you're thinking like I do. I totally agree with you: smaller bike and less gear=ideal. But these are my excuses: my travels include long stretches of asphalt and a bigger bike without chain maintenance fits my purpose. I also need to carry a lot of equipment and I can fit "a lot" on my bike. I can say that I almost never go in a trip just for riding. I love riding but I also like to exploring the nature by hiking, paragliding or kayaking(I own an inflatable kayak). I'm happy you enjoy the video! Thanks for watching and pass by again! Спасибо! У меня на поясе баллончик с медвежьим спреем. В этом районе много черных медведей и гризли. Обычно они меня не беспокоят. В следующем видео (если вы будете смотреть) я снял маму-медведицу с такси не слишком далеко от моей палатки. 👋 Thank you! I carry on my belt a bear spray. Many black bears and grizzly in this area. Hello mate and thanks! I enjoy more exploring the nature knowing that I am self sufficient. I learned this in the hard way along the years. The bike is already heavy(250kg of irons😀), not meant for hard-core off-roading(a smaller 250cc would be more suitable). Anyways usually after I set camp the next days I will explore the places surroundings only with a backpack on the bike.✌
I just wonder why you need to park your bike inside your tent. For security or any other issues? In my camps, I park the bike outside and have much smaller and lighter tent. Besides I would be afraid to sleep just under a 250kg bike. Don't take me wrong I just want to understand why you prefer this.

I received many questions about on travels about this tent and here are a few reasons why I mostly use this tent(I still own a tarp and a small tent- I use them depending of where I travel) 1) I travel in a different weather conditions so I need to take care of my bike- not to keep it exposed in the rain or sun for days a row when I sit in one place camping/hiking/paragliding or Kayaking. 2) When rains I just set up my tent and enter with the bike inside-so all my stuff packed on the bike remains dry- I unload and load the bike in the tent so I don't need to walk trough the rain. 3) I don't like to crawl every night and morning- been there done that. In this tent I can stand up. So when I spend days in a row traveling I don't want to walk in 4 legs🐕😀 4) In the tent can fit a camping chair where I can eat and sit when rains. 5) I can remove in 2 min the sleeping area and the whole tent is like a rain cover where I can do bike maintenance if I need to 6) I carry hiking gear, kayak(inflatable), paraglider and needs storage space In the tent you don't sleep on the side where the bike leans on the side kick but on the opposite ( so the bike can't fall on you) I hope this info helps

Многие люди задавали мне один и тот же вопрос, поэтому мне просто нужно скопировать / вставить ответ. Вот несколько причин, почему я в основном использую эту палатку (у меня все еще есть брезент и маленькая палатка - я использую их в зависимости от того, куда я путешествую) 1) Я путешествую в разных погодных условиях, поэтому мне нужно заботиться о своем велосипеде - не держать его под дождем или солнцем несколько дней подряд, когда я сижу на одном месте в кемпинге / пешем туризме / полете на параплане или каяке. 2) Когда идет дождь, я просто устанавливаю свою палатку и вхожу с велосипедом внутрь - так что все мои вещи, упакованные на велосипеде, остаются сухими - я разгружаю и загружаю велосипед в палатку, чтобы мне не нужно было идти под дождем. 3) Мне не нравится ползать каждую ночь и утро - бывал там, делал это. В этой палатке я могу встать. Поэтому, когда я провожу дни подряд в путешествиях, я не хочу ходить на 4 ногах 🐕 😀 4) В палатке я могу установить походный стул, на котором я могу есть и сидеть, когда идет дождь. 5) Я могу убрать спальную зону за 2 минуты, и вся палатка станет чем-то вроде дождевика, где я смогу проводить техническое обслуживание велосипеда, если мне понадобится 6) Я ношу с собой походное снаряжение, каяк (надувной), параплан, и для этого нужно место для хранения Я надеюсь, что эта информация поможет Many people asked me the same question so I just have to copy/paste the answer. Excellent video . If I may be a little critical : too much loud bird song . In fact the ASMR would be improved without the birdsong because it is almost fake . If you see some of the best hill walking ASMR’s out there , there is no need nor constant blue tit calling Otherwise fab .

мы уже включили ваше видео. уже выбрали вас. уже вас сами стали смотерть зачем вы делаете эти спойлеры что будет в ролике. мы и так сели смотреть и хотим узнать что будет дальше. Вы не на телевидении. Это никак не влияет на удержание просмотра. скорее наоборот. зная что будет дальше зачем смотреть все видео. от чего начинаются перемотки или вообще скип всего видео.

Здравствуйте и спасибо вам за комментарий! Я сделал видео-трейлер не для удержания зрителей. Я хотел показать зрителям содержание эпизода за одну минуту или меньше. Если им нравится контент, возможно, они захотят посмотреть весь эпизод. Если нет, они не будут тратить свое время впустую. Так что да, я снял трейлер, потому что хочу быть честным и забочусь о времени зрителей. до встречи.

@@Walden_Woods вы не удержали время а заспойлерели весь свой труд это как в начале фильма показать все что в нём будет, самые острые моменты, а потом начать показывать фильм. Лучше начинать ролик с 2-3 интересных секунд чем выдать сразу все карты

Hi and thanks for watching! My intention with this video was to capture the nature and also to enjoy some quiet time in the nature without acting, just as someone alone would. If you would like more info about the trip subtitles are available in different languages(english included).And yes, I will consider your idea in the future. Thanks. Too much gear... Please be more specific. More than 90% of the gear was shown in the video. Unsuccessfully I am trying starting some years ago to downsize. Please don't forget that I ride/camp and hike so I need different type of gear for each activity. To this I am adding water and food supply - I don't do camp sites and I'm far away from shopping stores... Cheers!
