If this Season is the same length as Season 1 then it will be safe to assume that this Season will cover the Red Gate arc to Return to Demon Castle arc. So no Jeju Island until Season 3.

from the looks of it. Jeju will be season 3 the soonest and im not even confident it'll be in season 3 could easily be pushed to the end for a season 4 or a cliff hanger for season 4 at this pace
From this trailer alone you can see that the quality will be higher. They were saving the budget

If I can properly remember the chapters, spoiler alert, I'm gonna guess s2 ends at around ch.90 which will cover the Red Gate, Demon Castle, and the A-Rank gate thing. After that it would make sense to do a movie for Jeju Island which will probably end at ch.111. The rest to chapter 170 something will either be 2 seasons or 1 season that is at least 20 episodes and I hope it's a long one because that'll be perfect for finishing it off.

For those wondering about the "Wakey Wakey" comments; the voice actor for Jinwoo was threatened online if he didn't get the iconic line "Arise" perfect. He responded to those threats by threatening to change it to "Wakey Wakey", plus a bunch of other hilarious lines. And he went through them all in the recording booth! The man was so epic he turned off screen jokes into one of the most popular parts of a series that was already epic!

Or they just decided to give time to animators to polish the 2nd half instead of rushing it and getting them overworked taking the risk to have a waterdown quality, who knows A-1 Pictures isn't MAPPA or ufotable for consistency and extended period of time on high-quality animation output.

@@Nobody7710 I also think so, although I only watched a few :) Avatar (so well developed and well crafted, although for children) Demon Slayer (epic fights and background stories, although the yellow guy was way to annoying in the beginning) Attack on Titan (twisted) Death note (perspective of telling is done awesome) Hunter X Hunter (most versatile series out there!?) There are 3 or 4 others that were quite well done, I just forgot the names. So far I have been lucky, and only disliked some Naruto series, which I quit early. I could never give an order to these, as I like all of them, and Solo Leveling could stay in this league too :)

@@desputnikcommander You quit Naruto early? Heathen! Naruto and Bleach are arguably 2 of the most successful anime of all time, based purely on the sheer number of episodes. One piece too, but that wasn't my style, so I only watched a few eps. Those 3 are the longest running anime of all time. Therefore the most successful. People don't keep making and releasing stuff that's not being consumed. Nothing compares to those 3 for success, which many will argue translates to "best".

@@sipaxD-dc1dt not too long of a way... I watched some for a couple of episodes. And I didn't like them. If it doesn't hook me, or annoys me more than hooking, I am done. That is why Naruto was done for me. I am glad, Demon Slayer hooked me too much for Zenitse to ruin it! Many animes have too many downsides. But the point was: Solo leveling is just superb so far!
Damn, hope we get more fast-paced episodes this time 🎉🎉

@@karthiklakkimsetty187 It's a teaser trailer. Looking back at Bleach TYBW teaser trailer before season 1, the animation and coloring was different in the actual release of those moments in the anime. It's really just a teaser and doesn't reflect the final product.

Right around 0:42 seconds, that looks like Vulcan, so it's a good bet this season will cover at least until the end of the Demon Castle arc and the short period of time after that where Jinwoo is officially declared an S-Rank hunter. Would put the end of season somewhere around chapter 75-80, right before the Jeju island nonsense gets going. I really hope they plan on going all the way to the end though, even if the story goes off the rails quite a lot later on I think people will still be hella entertained seeing some of those crazy fights animated.

As someone who has finished the manhwa, I'm really excited for this new season and i hope season 2 will have the episode of the fight between Sung Jinwoo and Beru

Unfortunately the second season won't cover the fight between beru and Song It seems to me that the second season will end exactly at chapter 90. The fight starts from chapters 102 to 103, which will likely be in the first four episodes of the third season.

@@kingrollypollyvii5565 if you have or will have any young children, you should make them watch berserk- it is a very wholesome anime and eclipse scene is too wholesome. Overflow is also very good for kids. It will definitely make your child's childhood one of the best.

Awesome story. I started following the story when it was only a few chapter in and that time I knew it was going to be great. I was not disappointed in the ending. Love to see that it is getting the love that it deserves.

The Red Gate arc is one of my favourites in the entire manhwa even though it is not Sung Jin Woo at its peak power. Iron and Tank are here too. Can't wait to see Beru joining the party.

Jeju Island is still a long way. Jinwoo will be getting Tusk and the high orcs first.
