You can also mutilate vulcan before he casts the shield so you dont have to break it, but it takes some timing xD

If that is your best weapon then yea getting it to lvl 100 is good, scythe, moonshadow and plum are good weapons as well depending on the advancements

it can be stats issue and also gameplay issue, for stats you can look at kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZY2n1rWMdpngl8o.html which is the latest video of the account, and as for gameplay just look at how i do buff stacking and do buffing before i cast certain skills, also the shadow step uptime and so on

Dude my account js lvl 71 now, but u im missing the most is dmg, my sung isnt that far from urs, its 109k, have scythe a4 and bloom a1, i have 49 c rate and 180 c dmg and for some reason my dmg is soo soo lower than urs that the health basically dont move

damn, 110k at lvl 71? that sounds pretty nice, and well damage is mostly about stacking debuffs and buffs so take that into acount as well.

The second one for some reason takes the most time for me personally.... I am running A5 cha, A2 Alicia and A2 seo at 296k cp overall.... I think I'll wait for a few days and get good artefacts on Alicia .... She is the one lacking in cp for now

I don't know what is your total power, but if you are running out of time because of the shield you can remove it or you can kill Vulcan with mutilate before he shields.

I think its possible with lower TP if you have things like shield removal or you can do a mutilate that can kill Vulcan before he shields, i was just doing a casual run there but there are a lot of ways to minmax vulcan so that you can do it with less TP

I guess he means that at A3 plum sword if you use after the weapon skill the amplifying draw lasts for 5 secs ,so you can use its effect on some other skills as well as the time you do jinwoos ultimate is not calculated and you don't use dash . I guess he was saying that.

Hes saying ur not using plum sword optimally, cos after u activate draw, u should use it instantly for a skill or ultimate. If u do normal attack or qte once after the draw from dash, it will remove it and the skill wont get the buff. See 21:58 u ddt even use dash before u use ulti. Thats why ur missing the huge buff on that ulti from the draw.
