You created your own dream life with hard work, determination, dedication, persistence, diligence, and honesty. You kept away from all the traps that many of your peers got caught up in and steered straight ahead in your own direction. Those school days where you did not fit into their system were because you are your own man Jody Stow. That skinny kid who was always in trouble tearing up the place on his MTB and carrying heavy pigs out of the bush with older men had bigger plans than just getting good marks and grades in some stuffy classroom. You are the real deal and already your community is looking up to you with respect and admiration! Rock on son.

Sick vid Jody! Meat animals don't get much handier than that 🤣 looks like cool country even with low numbers. For next time pour some water over the gas canister which should bring it to life a little then heat a some water so you can sit the whole thing in a dish of warm water, works a treat. hope ya ankles come right, looking forward to the next vid!

Much respect. You are a hunter’s hunter. After those hardships, many hunters would have compromised their ethics and shot one of those bigger stags. You let them grow as they should. Great how it turned out with the hinds. Animals seem to have a sixth sense. You aren’t focusing on them, so they weren’t worried about you.

You're a hard thing mate. That positive attitude, and being able to smile, and laugh at all the wee setbacks is a crack up Big respect for anyone going solo in those conditions, especially when ya just a puppy like you lol Maybe one of them spirt burning cookers would be better for altitude and cold temps ..... Coleman make one (or more) and Optimus make one that burns ==> Fuel type: LPG Gas, White gas, Jet Fuel, Diesel, Kerosene Another wicked gritty real hunting video Jody, stay safe and bring on the next one

Great video, one of your best I think. I was hoping you would get a meat animal earlier so you wouldn't starve. I know that feeling being cold and hungry. I would talk to the guys at gri sport and see if they set you up with a pair of crispi nevada legends. Show them this video and you could get them for free. Great boots that won't let you down Keep up the good work.

Might be underestimating stag age by a year or 3. Some stop improving early also, like about 5-6, others get better for a few years more. If you were after meat & wanting to leave one for later or others, having a weaner there makes it a no brainer. There's plenty there

your spot on. I think with my feet most of the time, I've got enough heads to my name that there's no point shooting something that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I also guess a year younger than what I think to stay on the safe side and not take anything to young
