Idk why, this was so hard. You are probably gonna notice the terrible gameplay, it really shows how someone's mood can influence a run (spoiler, really frustrated because it took several hours for a 20 min run...).
The good ol Anarchy/Mountaintop combo, a damage meta that I was not there for. In terms of total damage and reliability, its very good. Pairing the Star-Eater Scale Gathering Storm with Foetracer Anarchy DMG boost, it feels great to use. Dragon's Breath would also be a good alternative, but for the sake of Arc Synergies, I stuck with Anarchy. For survivability, it seems that I really have to be very strategic and quick with killing ads. I find myself dying, either because I can't kill the Knight quickly, or my Lethal Tempo is down and I am not able to kill a group of ads. Feel free to drop Star-Eater Scales and stick with Assassins Cowl and Foetracer if you find that you need the full heal and invisibility to stay alive.
