The first thing I did was scroll to the comments see what gear you were using. I'm a frequent camper in California and consider my setup to be pretty good, but your setup is to die for! Maybe you should start using affiliated links on your gear because I've already gone and purchased a couple items you are using in your setup. Also wanted to say that your filming style is so calming. I have been binge watching your videos, and can't wait for any new videos you put out. Keep up the good work! :)

You guys have inspired me to get into Snow Peak! very good stuff. I saw that you had a propane tank. Can I use that with the Snow peak IGT burners or do they only take the canisters?
@mcble

Thanks for watching! A propane tank is for the heater since I need it to be staying warm all night. Not sure if they sell adapters for IGT burners. I haven’t researched that, however, they might have a 3rd party adapter for connecting with a propane tank. I only use canisters for burners.

Hi! Just wanted to confirm that you’re cooking the pork belly with a GigaPower LI stove in conjunction with the LI Stove Joint Kit? Also wanted to ask how you were catching the oil from the pork belly. Did you have a bowl to catch it? Love watching and rewatching your videos!

Just got the tabiki fire and grill set and was looking up cooking videos and discovered your channel (and subscribed). Love all the Korean dishes. Would love to make Samgyeopsal camping one day. I noticed in your videos you seem to always cook it on a pan over the burner instead of directly over a grill/fire. Is that because of flare ups?
@mcble
2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for subscribing to my channel and watching my videos! I use a pan or grill based on the meat I’m cooking. In this video I used a pan because the meat I cooked was pork belly (flare ups with the pork fat oils). You can find some of the other videos in my channel that show how I use a grill when I cook beef. :)

@@mcble Excellent. 3 more quick questions - we camp about 10-12 times each yr in and around WA - do you see any potential durability issues with the Alpha Breeze? Do you use a footprint with it (it appears no based on your vids)? And have you used it without the rain fly - is it just as solid to use without the rain fly? Thanks. BTW - excellent video production, I appreciate the effort you put into them.
@mcble
2 жыл бұрын
@@Victor47930 1) I don’t see any potential issues with the Alpha Breeze. It’s very durable. 2) I don’t use a footprint with Alpha Breeze “yet”. That’s because I was lazy.. :D I need to find the right size for my tent and will buy something soon. It’s always a good idea to put a footprint to protect your tent from rocks and humid grounds. 3) I always use a rain fly for privacy. Without a rain fly, you will be visible through the nets. Hope it helps! Thanks!
