storm ? that is just rain . a storm is where your tent gets blown away and the rain comes in sideways .

I already knew it was going to rain so I tied the tent stakes tight and dug a water channel around the tent

my story goes . i bought a freaking big ex army tent and went camping took everything from home apart from the kitchen sink . all went well untill a thunder storm came in , the tent got wet the ltening hit it struck the metal poles and set fire to the heavy waterproofed canvas , even though it was wet it still burned down

Hola. Hermoso lugar. Hizo muy llana la cuneta alrededor de la carpa. Y un consejito que en mí país es muy común y se arregla todo. Alambre fino lo ata en la chimenea y papel plomo de cocina envuelve el caño dónde entra el agua. Tengalo presente. Es muy valiente. Lo felicito. Saludos desde Uruguay!!

Instead of "Fire in the hole" your yell is "Rain in the hole!!" LOL I just love weather like this. I go outside and mess around in it and I'm a senior citizen..... but I've been doing it since I was a kid. I was a wild child. Love camping in it!

So awesome video of rain tent i have ever seen. The river, The sounds of the clouds, the rain drops sound, the sound of the rain falling on the river, the video taken of outside when raining by opening the door of the tent from inside etc etc, all are captured 100%. The tent is so awesome except the leak through the chimney pipe. Awesome video.

Thanks for your nice comment. That day was a very difficult day for me. But it was as fun as it was difficult. I like rain and winter camps. So whenever I take my backpack and go camping, I get very excited.
