I unlike most people can keep my attention for more that 5 mins before needing to go see whats going on with insta Google face tweet. If you can't have an attention span for more than 15 mins I dont think you should be out in the bush. If you really are passionate about something then you can never get tired of it. Thank you for all your hard work and doing what you do for us keep up the awesome work! Also id love to know how and what you had to do to become an instructor for the pathfinder school. Again thank you very much

Hey Corporal, have a suggestion. You have massive proficiency in building. Any chance you could do a multi part series on building an elaborate bugout camp? Something that is semi long term? That would absolutely rock! As always, great video, I appreciate all the work you put in for us, thanks!

For my son's 15th Birthday we took of to the woods. I myself has a pop up tent, but I went and got me a hammock. So I could be off the ground. We found a creek bed that was dry and made our shelter there. It was hot and muggy at night time. But we stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. We used solar banks for light. The bad thing with them are where we were we didn't get enough light to keep the lights working at night. When fall comes around we will do it again. I just want to say thanks for showing how to put the darn hammock back in the bag. Thank you for your videos. I was way out of my comfort zone but this mom rocked it.

I love your videos. As an older female, I get lots of jokes about going camping “in the woods” by people I know. Since watching your videos I’ve learned quite a bit more and different ways of doing stuff. You explain it clearly and the “show-n-tell” helps me immensely. I’m more of a visual and hands on learner. That’s sad the other day I went to the park trying out your tripod for the Hamic and I was asked a whole Lotta questions about where did I learn to do this and why am I doing it here in the park. Since I rent and I don’t have any place to try out my new skills. I go to one of the Parks which is an excellent place to practice things. I don’t want to need the skills and not at least practice it at least once. I hope you continue to put out these videos because you can teach an old dog new tricks and yes I have been sharing these videos with my so-called friends the jokers who were laughing at me before. Guess who’s laughing now?😂😂

I served USMC 2000 - 2004, 70% disabled PTSD, don't get out much anymore, lost my 2 best friends from the service to suicide and sometimes i feel very much alone. I miss all the guys i used to serve with. Hearing the way you talk just feels me with this peace that i do not think most people will understand. Your videos help me stay grounded and help me to remember the cores and values I learned. I hope to one day get back out there and do fun stuff like this again. For now atleast i can through your videos. Thanks again brother. Semper Fi From one Corporal to another

Sometimes I miss the like button and go back just to hit the like button. I'm sorry if that messes your videos or not. I'm glad you put the reminder in there. Thanks for teaching us. Last week, the family and I were out camping and this young couple were trying to start a fire for dinner. I made a comment to my wife about them and she said they need to learn on their own. I couldn't hold back after 30min of watching them. I grabbed my fire starting gear and walked over. I showed them several ways to start their fire. Each time I showed them away I would put the fire out and continue with a different method. The guy tried the ferro rod and birds nest method, got the fire going and they were very grateful for my help. I also made the suggestion to watch your videos, cause that's how I learned how to start fires. If it wasn't for you I'm pretty sure they were going to have cold beans for dinner than the corn on the cob, small potatoes and steaks they ate that night.

Try vanilla to stop the bugs on your next camp out. Yes vanilla the stuff used to bake cakes with. You can also use pine needles in your smug pot. And I take mint gum (spearmint or peppermint gum) with me on my outings. It keeps your mouth moist while hiking, and keeps the bugs from hanging around your face. The camera looks and sounds great.

Not a complaint. Play out the rest of the tear down of campsite. It's just as important as set up. And pleasant to watch the forest go back to close to normal with no foot print. Just my 2 cents

Corporal eating is like in the movies when there is a love scene and then the camera pans to the fireplace, but in this case it's a cut shot to the campfire. 🥩💖🔥 Fully agree with you.....I mistakenly tapped the "explore" tab on the YT app..... nothing but cringey "music" videos, the "secret" of how a female politician uses red lipstick, and video games.

For a mid week skills video, you should do a series on field medicine/trauma care.

I watch from beginning to end, thank you for great content. You had me drooling again. Food is to die for and that sunset view is incredible. Enjoyed the smudge pot with yarrow too. K.I.S.S., love it. Hammock stand build - outstanding AF. You did it again!

People aren't watching the entire video? Seriously? No wonder I see so many comments and think, "Didn't you watch the video? The answer to your question is in the video!" Appreciate what you do Corporal. Keep it up. Looking forward to the classes.
