Solo Birthday Camping Trip at North Cascades, Baker Lake
For My 40th Birthday I decided to take My Boat out to Baker lake for the weekend. Located In the North Cascades in Washington state, Baker lake is as close to heaven as you can get, and in mid August the weather was perfect.
I got to eat lots of good food, do a lot of swimming and a ton of fishing, all I can ask for on my 40th!

It is for the side I camp on, you just need a wilderness permit. For the other side of the lake, there are pay and park camp sites, tent and RV.
