I want to add that thank you for doing an almost 30 minute video, screw KZread, we want our close to 30 minute Corporals Corner back, so thank you whether it was purpose or not! Side edit ; I hope you end up keeping the "Corporals Final Thought" segment at the end, it adds flare to your video's and something extra for those of us that stay around until the end, thank you!

@ Corporals Corner Awhile back you had a cook & clean style vid but things had to get blurred out. It's weird where I caught a vid the other day by somebody else I watch known as "Swedwoods" ( I wish you & he would Collab somehow?) on KZread & he had small fish he caught using a reed styled "line" & other stuff & yup, a "clean" & full on cook vid. Not sure how he "got away" with things not having to be blurred out but maybe look into whatever he did & see if you could do the same to get around YT cuckah.

I've been following you for quite some time and I like everything you put out you have taught me some things that I didn't know and refreshed the things that I do know. I enjoy these build videos because that's what you want to do and if that's what you want to do you do it by golly it's your land you do what you want to and if you want to film it I'm going to watch, besides like you said it's almost hunting season and boy is that a good hunting Tower. It doesn't get much better you can live in it spend the night and wake up and shoot your deer Amen brother. Keep them coming it's all I got to say. Keep ye powder dry. PS I hope you try to take a deer with a black powder rifle this year that would be cool to watch. That's the way I take my deer anyway I don't shoot with regular rifle I was just about gone all the way to Black Powder now I've gotten rid of most of my rifles and just bought powder that way you can load it as heavy as you want or put as many chunks of lead in there as you want depending on whether it's smooth-barreled or rifled, I prefer rifle you can still put one or two chunks of lead in there. Keep them coming

I don't care if other people hate your watch tower videos. They lack Country Skillz. I grew up in MI, not way too far from you. Deer stands are a part of life, city people will NEVER understand. I love that tower, I appreciate all of your hard work, time and effort that went into building it!!! Great job!!! Thank you for the build series. I watch your videos for skill developing, bushcraft projects and because you make entertaining videos. I appreciate you taking time out of your daily life to showcase your skill sets so others may learn something too. It is sad when it falls on the, def, dumb and blind, ie, no brain power, to understand these things. You can't please everyone, which is what you are trying to cater to. Don't do it. Make videos YOU want to do. Those of us that enjoy learning something will be here, right by your side, every step of the way. Thank you for doing what you do, so we can learn!!! Again, a million thank you's!!!!!!!

Excellent build! Looks great. Could tell it was sturdy. You did a fine job on it. Like you, I have no real carpentry skills but I've managed to build a book case and build 4 small buildings which still stand, are still sturdy and still in use today. Like you said, do a little research, ask questions, read a few books/manuals...I'll add, if at first you don't succeed try it again. Look at your first work, see what you did wrong and/or how you can improve it, then go at it again...start small and work your way to larger builds. That's how it's done. I was fortunate I that both my grandad and dad could builds things and fix things...learned much by watching. To anyone reading this, you can do it too!! Don't be afraid to try...you learn and get better from mistakes, and I have made a few of them, that's how you learn and improve your skills!

Shawn, remember that the audience is going to be up and down. The faithful will always watch and enjoy no matter what you upload. You are a unique individual you might not get the views or the subs that you want. Just go ahead and do what makes you happy , we’ll be here to watch. Some tubers hit it and others don’t, and truthfully I don’t get it. Your channel has lots of information about good stuff, along with others that we watch. They too don’t have the following numbers that some have. We enjoy your channel whatever you post. Have fun

I like the build videos. I like the bushcraft videos. Keep doing both of them. It’s your freaking channel. Do what ever you want to with it. Either we watch or not. Every video ain’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea. Don’t sweat it. Just put out the videos however you want don’t worry about KZread. Everything works out in the end. If it ain’t worked out, it ain’t the end. God bless brother.

I appreciate every one of your videos. I would say when you are making content, enjoy yourself. I hate the views are down, I hate the games being played. No matter what, enjoy yourself.

Love this! Glad you went ahead with the video. Might wanna keep a few cans of wasp spray around because the wasps love these structures.

I am glad you have shown the final construction as its a hell of a build. It will be a great base of operations for your activities and certainly looks built to last. Love your sense of humour and attitude, don't worry about the moaners its all they good for.

Ahhh yes, reminds me of my raised Deer Blind I built back in '92. I was on a Deer Lease with my brother and a few of his friends, just North of Hondo, Texas. They built fairly minimal blinds being somewhat local in San Antonio just 30 miles away. But with me driving 350+ miles (8.5 hours) from North Dallas to THE LEASE every other weekend, I wanted something a bit more COMFORTABLE. They had to give me crap about it of course, and ended up calling it "The CONDO in Hondo" ! Man, those were the days. Thanks for the great video, and the great memories !

Hey shipmate! Disregard other comments as to what video's you do. Do what feels right for the moment for you. Either people will like and respect you for the content you put out or they won't. We all watch you regardless. So, keep doing what you do best. and as always, see you out there.
