During 4:20 - 5:00 it was very confusing. I did everything correct and followed your steps and I got completely different results. Everything exploded and no dimension work. I have followed your videos for a while now and they are all great but this one was not working for me

I wonder why he still doesn't make use of the "Cap ends -> Lines" checkboxes inside "Offset Entities" options. Instead he still manually closes the line edges after each offset.
