Around 21:00 he creates a couple split lines on the bottom part of the headphone case, I followed the exact path he did but one of them will not show. It creates one of the split lines but the other just says "The projected sketch does not split the selected faces. It may not intersect the faces or be totally coincident with an edge on the face". Has anyone encountered this problem and knows how to fix it?

Not sure if you still need this, I had the same issue - I deleted the construction line that was tangent to the arc and made the arc's endpoint coincident with the face's edge directly instead of connecting it to another line

21:33 cannot delete face it says, unable to delete the selected face,it would result in a vertex with more than two coverging open edges.

Teach me how to import .STL files and make them editable SW parts. Fusion360 has great tools for that. Does SW have those tools or am I missing something?

stick to fusion360 or you can try other such as catia which are easy to use for stl edit

okay now i solve this issue, i take 0.20 mm thicken dim, now it is okay with that. thankyou so much sir.

great job for solidworks. but apple does not accept such a design. apple accepts surface quality according to class A. Basically an Alias .

you do realise that software is a program on a computer, a physical airpod is indeed not a software / software engineering. i would call this 3d modelling / product design
