Thanks! The Table support and other parts dimensions are not very specific, you can easily create your own. The Main is Assembly & Motion Study what this tutorial is all about.

Assuming All Dimensions,Mates and other design parameters are correct,Then: Option 1- Delete the Previous Motion Study Results and Perform a new Motion Study. Option 2- Create a New Assembly and Perform the Motion Analysis on this. Hope this may help.

The Parts dimensions are not very specific, as this is just a model and not intended for any practical build.

Thanks! it's just a model, but in real it can be hydraulic or pneumatic powered.

Great videos really. I would really like to know to know your background. I mean where have you learned them from. Have you done masters in these fields or a specific course. And when exactly. You see I am an engineering student as well and this would really help me out a lot for my future

Thanks a lot! i have done B.tech in Mechanical Engineering, i had interest in Mechanical Design so after passout i started my practice on CAD softwares and mostly taking help from KZread tutorials. But, to get a job in design field you need to do some courses from outside also.

In B.tech they hardly teach much about design, plus there are few CAD softwares mostly in demand like; CATIA, UG/Nx, Creo, Ansys, Solidworks, AutoCAD etc. So you should 1. Be familiar with each of these softwares 2. And do some certification courses in industry oriented field like: (choose any few from below) sheet metal design, plastic parts design, die and mould design, advance surfacing & solid modeling, Jigs & fixtures design, weldments design, BIW, GD&T, Hydraulics & pneumatics machine design, piping design, SPM Design. 3. Try to enter into any design company as soon as possible at GET ot Trainee level 4. If you want to get into top level of design field, then Master yourself in CFD, Analysis, Design Calculations, Design optimization, CAM, GD & T also. This way you can go ahead and build your career in design field. (and always be excited and ready to learn the new things, the demanding Skills) Hope this may help you All the Best in your journey!

Verry nice but how do i use two proximity sensors and make logical operation on them? in example : run motor only when sens1 and sens2 are true, or run motor only if sens1 is true and sens2 is false ?

Are you trying to use two Proximity sensors as Trigger for a Single Motor? If yes,then i think that's not possible in solidworks.Solidworks Event based motion has provision of choosing single trigger point for each motor. But,Still let me try. if i find any result,i will tell you soon.

I think it will be nice to use variables and logical operations on them, but is it possible? maybe in solidworks is a module like a microcontroller? maybe we could use the time trigger: check on every 0.1s a condition something like: if Sene1 = TRUE and Sens2 = TRUE then Motor1 = START else Motor1 = STOP or set triiger on every sensor on action "onChange" ? - if Sens1 change then do { if Sene1 = TRUE and Sens2 = TRUE then Motor1 = START else Motor1 = STOP } - if Sens2 change then do { if Sene1 = TRUE and Sens2 = TRUE then Motor1 = START else Motor1 = STOP }

@@hesus_hess As far as i have used solidworks Event based motion,I can say that there is no such thing given in solidworks. In Event based motion feature,Everything is like drop down menu. You have to select the options/parameters what already comes within the software itself. In this way it has some limitations.

Do I need to put contact between the belt and the roler? and between the box and belt?

Apply the Contact between: 1. Boxes & Rollers 2. Boxes & Conveyor Frame 3. Boxes & Pusher Arm No Need of Contacts between: 1. Belt & Roller (because belt is just for show,rollers are moving the boxes) 2. Box & Belt (optional) Because Rollers top surface are slightly above the belt top surface. so,boxes will never come in contact with belt part. "all this are done because solidworks can't simulate a flexible belt motion"

which table, can you tell the time range of that? to activate motion analysis, go to solidworks adds in and check box the solidworks motion.

that is the event based motion tab, if you activate the Solidworks Motion Adds in then you can open that. see what is being shown from 8:12 , at 8:15 you can see check ☑ behind Solidworks Motion (that is how to activate the add in). at 8:16 Selecting 'Motion Analysis' from drop down menu. Then, You can open that Event Based Motion tab shown at 10:52
