It's a bit shallow for a wok of this size. Have you found that to be a problem? I usually agree with you that I'd rather have the unseasoned product so I can control the process, but SOLIDTeknics' quench-seasoning process produces a really solid seasoning that's hard to replicate at home. I'm really impressed by how good it is. It's also really nice to be able to use it right away, which is rare even with "preseasoned" pans.

Well done! Beautiful wok and pans from this company. I would love to have some, the crepe and the wok and a 10 inch skillet. I'd be in heaven. I read corn oil is 450 degrees before it smokes, that's a high smoke point, why not use that? It's so cheap.

Solidteknics are pretty awesome. A little pricey for something that is essentially mild steel but I like mine regardless.

Is it easy to clean this pan when cooking with high protein foods or with a sugary sauce?

Well, I have two of them. I am also in their fan Facebook group. But I don't have the guts to say any bad words, because I saw what others' been treated when they tried to whinge a little bit about their own experience.

Hi, I like to cook oilfree , do you recommend buying this brand. I don’t want to buy non stick though as they contain Teflon.

You need a little oil. That’s all. Otherwise just wet cook food or grill...which gives carcinogens if charred. If wet cook, solidteknics has Noni perfect steel ware.

Great video, may I suggest that you lower the music? It's very distracting while trying to listen to you talk. They conflict way too much.

That is not stir-frying, just stirring. If you want a real wok, buy the japanese Yamada wok

I just find that clawing out food with your hands is gross, use a spatula or something, why put your germs and DNA in every bite. Makes me sick.
