I gotta support our fellow kiwi toy collector!! I just picked up the Paul figure from this wave. I am amazed how great looking the figure is!! I enjoy posing with the capes.

Great to see more people able to get figures from Dune in more accessible ways. First wave sold out pretty quick here long before the movie released.

Yeah actually now having seen the movie, the sword he comes with looks like a really big Great Sword or something special given the size and uniqueness to him, but in the movie I think it's just a regular weapon and nothing too special so I wish there was something more to the accessories here.

One important thing I didn’t hear if you covered: can you remove the soft goods on Paul and Chani??

Thanks. I was debating this too. I like the two packs but they’re very specific expressions whereas the single release figures have neutral expressions which fit more for my displays. I’m interested in the set with Gurney but Rabban was already released as the build a figure so I can’t yet justify that price for 2 figures where I already have a great version of one of them. Waiting for clearance prices.

why does paul come with such a big sword? he does not use that at all

I actually don’t know. I saw this again last night and I think the sword he comes with is the one at the beginning he takes from a body. And it really is just a regular sized sword, not this great big weapon.

Christopher walkens figure is kinda sad. Looks like a hobo rather than a emperor. Shame 😂
