Clear flat polycarbonate sheets are stocked in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 6mm thickness and are available in metric manufactured sheets of up to 3M x 2M or imperial sizes sheets of 8ft x 4ft panels.
Clear solid polycarbonate sheet is used for many applications including, sneeze screens, riot shields, machine guards, barrel vaults, domes, greenhouse glass replacements, picture frames and commonly used for roof domes when vacuum forming, and a fire rating is required. Solid polycarbonate sheeting is up to 200 times stronger than its equivalent thickness in glass on impact tests and easy to cut.

How easy would be to glue the 3mm thick one if I want to make a box display? I tried to make one with what it looked to be a "1.5" mm and I could not, it was too flexible and thin. Thanks!

Hi. Can you tell me how flexible is the 3mm piece? Goona purchase a piece of 1445x827mm and wanna know if this flex in the middle of like throwing a small object into it. Any ideea?

Question, idk if you would know this but im making a clear hood/ bonnet and decided on polycarbonate what size would u recommend 2mm or 3mm? Sorry for the randomness
