RENDELSHAM FOREST: DECEMBER 25-27, 1980 - Strange lights
are reported by security patrol near the East Gate of RAF
Woodbridge, a U.S. Air Force base on England’s east coast. Just
after midnight on December 26, eyewitnesses and radar screens
follow an unidentified flying object as it vanishes into the forest.
Soldiers are dispatched to the site where they encounter a
luminous triangular-shaped craft, ten feet wide and eight feet
high. The soldiers chase it into a field when it shoots upward,
shining bright lights. The following evening, other soldiers report
strange, dancing red lights in the Rendelsham forest.
HIGH TIDE: OCTOBER 4, 1967: 18-year-old Norm Smith is driving
back from a dance at a local community centre, when he and his
friend see an object falling from the sky near the small fishing
village. At first, they think it is an airplane about to crash. When
they arrive at Shag Harbour, a dozen witnesses report seeing a
metallic object hovering over the water and then crashing. A
search and rescue team is assembled, and nothing is found but
an eerie, yellow glittery foam floating where the object was
spotted. An extensive underwater investigation finds nothing
strange on the sea floor where the object is last seen.

The Rendlesham Forrest incident is one of the most interesting UFO stories. Sure wish they would make a big budget movie about it. I'm talking 250 million budget. Christin Bale, Tom Hardy, McConnehy, Margo Robbie. Big time special effects. All the bells and whistles. Ok I'm getting carried away.

Very very good reenactment of one of the five main UFO events of all times!
Shag harbor was a tiff between a Russian sub and American ASW . The foam is a sonar countermeasure used by submarines. These aren't your road flares or back pack flares. These things are huge and Navy divers recovered some of them. There is a Canadian navy station on one side of the road and a USN facility on the other side of the road. Just another story that went extraterrestrial in the retelling.

Why didn't they take samples of the foam substance in the water, and have it analyzed...
In the early 90s I was 7 or 8 I was Playing with 15 other kids. We all were playing hide and seek and I remember we were about to start a new game and 2 kids come running from the back alley and they are yelling “ look look look” as they are pointing up. We look up and there it was a round very big and I mean big saucer coming over the apartment building. All of us started oohing and awing. Then all that amazement turned into fear as it was about 15 stories above us and it was making a crazy humming sound kind of like an electrical sound, it was like a pulsating electric feeling all threw our body. We all literally started crying at the same time and it wasn’t normal crying , that cry like if we were being killed. We all ran home terrified for what we just saw. This thing was so low and really big , the city lights lit the thing up, u can see everything. We can see the windows and in the windows there were little people waving at us. I swear I ain’t making this up there was a lot of people who saw it. Then the next day we all gathered around the spot we saw this and I swear I ain’t making this sh!t up. So we were sitting there talking about what we saw and this guy walks up and ask if we saw weird stuff last night. We told him everything he wrote it down and then when we were done he tells us not to worry about it because what we saw was a weather balloon, I shit u not. Oh did I mention the guy was dressed in a black suit. I thought he was FBI because this happened before the movie men in black came out, this sighting was way bigger than the Arizona sighting and I don’t understand why the story didn’t blow up. This happened either in92 or 93 in Orange County California.

You could step forward and make contact with one of these UFO researchers. Those days of ridicule and jokes about flying saucers and ETs are long gone. Today is is all the more easy to arrange a specialized interview, a couple of calls and it's done.
