I see
Kinmen is definitely a kill zone for both China and Taiwan, its way too close to each other to collide... But its just a crazy thought back in 1950s to keep this place as a transitional jumper for the old ROC forces to take over more offshore islands from the mainland china, which was already an obsolete tactical island from today's technology and military perspective
