Her bubbly personality initially caught him off guard but they eventually became friends. He met Leon while sneaking around the neighboring clan that Leon belongs to.

An unfortunate accident has rendered Astyr mute, but he is nonetheless, a very spirited and happy kid. He's pretty shy but is pretty rambunctious once you get to know him. He lives with his guardian and mentor, Tariq. Korrina comes from a clan of fauns that live in the northern hills. She's the granddaughter of the village elder and has a habit of doing as she pleases. Leon is the son of his clan's leaders. He can be a little standoffish, especially when meeting new people, but he's fun all around. He often feels the need to prove himself so that he too can be a great leader

Fun Fact : I believe that a centaur-like being with, instead of horse legs, deer legs it is called a cervitaur.

I adore how much personality you were able to convey in their walks (ESPECIALLY given how difficult it is to animate EQUINES, let alone with different struts.) I love these fools I wish them the best of luck in their adventures. 🥺💖

4 years later and this still my favorite thing to exist. Ever.

This is just stunning; back on Spirit, artists trained and studied horses for ages just to learn how to make an appealing horse walk cycle. Horse legs are one of the toughest things to animate well, and you've knocked it out of the park! From the thumbnail, i thought this was from a tv show i was unaware of. The timing to the music is great, and you've captured the personality of these amazing characters in just a walk cycle, which is the hallmark of a great animator! This is just simply an outstanding piece of work! edit: also, as someone who works in the animation industry, i don't think these characters "look like Voltron". I think when people say that, maybe they just mean "this looks professional" :)

Can I just say that these are the *cutest characters ever* I just met them and I already love them to bits

The animation is so smooth and bouncy!! And those character designs are just wOW!!!!

I can't seem to point it, but it's exactly what I envision with 'Soldier, Poet, King'! It's perfect!

I have to confess that when I saw it I couldn't believe this was an original animation done by one person, because it's too well done! The steps, the movement and perspective are smooth n natural, the background moves at the same speed as the characters. Also the design and the interaction with music, everything compliments itself. You may think we don't notice but the action effect on each one's legs was an incredible detail. And please stop me before I start to talk about anatomy, damn it girl! YOU HAD ONE JOB AND YOU FUKING NAILED IT!

This song is such a great pair with the animation, and the different beats of the song matching their steps is so professional!

Their little pracings and trots to the song is so adorable!!!!!!!
