Using Goot BS-10 on PCB is a terrible idea because this is Mild ACID based flux. never ever use on PCB especially on BGA work ..

@@shaad2841 bro you can use Amtech 559 ASM or Mechanic UV559 .. Both flux are the best. Btw It also depends on your Soldering Skills Or you can use Soft wire Wick with rosin for remove excess solder from IC and then clean with 99% IPA.
