Sublimissime. Cette maison de maître, en dépit de son grand âge, n'est pas vieillotte. La rénovation a été menée avec un goût exquis et des matériaux de qualité. Les nombreux éléments historiques sont parfaitement mis en valeur. Certains décorateurs/archi d'intérieur qui ont massacré de superbes appartements parisiens sur demande des propriétaires devraient visiter cette maison. Bravo encore pour ce choix de décoration !

The narrator’s French pronunciation is very clear, like what I heard when studying the language. Once in France, as in any country, people speak much faster. And in the South, although they could understand me, I had some difficulty following the regional accent.
Oh my goodness. That kitchen is to die for. Every inch of this place is divine.

Very nice maison de maître which is in fact cheap. You can't buy ground and build a decent villa for 645.000 euros in that style. It invites all kind of businesses, food, B&B, business seats, notaires, lawyers, doctors ... Won't be long on the market.

Bonjour, cette maison est-elle toujours à vendre? Aïe aïe aïe à peine 10 000 habitants (il y a un seul Joigny en France?). J'aime l'intérieur à part un ou 2 petits trucs à changer et la proximité avec les voisins, il vaut mieux s'entendre bien. I love the paintings on the walls, I love the atelier and I'm crazy about the library (bureau-bibliothèque). Nice house, good vibes. A réfléchir.

désolé du délai de réponse, Paris est à 2h mais la vente de la maison est en cours, avec tous les meubles et la décoration. Nous avons eu des requêtes de Atlanta à Berlin, de Londres à Toronto.
