Nice. Good sized bedrooms and being only a 2 bed 2 bath gets it into a more budget conscious price range compared to the 3 bed villas that used to be a similar price but are coming on these days at well over 200-230k bottom end. The market seems to have got quite pricey in Almeria over the last year.

What a lovely property. I dont think the furnishing showed the space to its best advantage, but it's certainly very liveable. I would prefer a 3 bedroom as that's what I'm used to, but this offers beautiful outside space and having recently been to Spain in the heat, that pool looks divine! Thank you. Great video and sensible narration.

really nice home. It's a shame that when you're buying a place abroad, you're almost obligated to buy something that provides enough space for your guests. I'm single but need 1 room for my music studio. So although I'm single I need a 3 bedroom house. Until now I haven't heard anyone of my family or friends saying they would cover the extra cost of a third bedroom. 😉😉

Hi no garage at all. It has a long secure off road drive way and a covered two car carport.

Never seems like a particularly good sign when every home has to have bars over the doors and windows.

I have always thought that too, I think it must because its so hot especially during the night so you would be able to leave your windows fully open without the worry of someone or something getting in .
