Early on capitalism is great for society and improved living through competition, but when corporations corner the market completely, there is no longer any competition and that free and fair society turns into a stagnant desert between the poor and the rich who userp the government and essentially dictate their ideals. No I'm just jealous, and everyone has a level playing field and everyone can become wealthy. The American dream, because you have to be asleep to belive it.

I think it would be fun to spend some time in one of these types of homes, but I would likely just end up in one or two of its rooms 90% of the time anyway, and then wonder what to do with all that extra space. My uncle was wealthy (not a multi millionaire though), and he had a custom built home approx 4,500 square feet, and they only stayed in the smaller family room right off the kitchen almost the entire time. So it was like what's the point of having the other 4,000 square feet of living space that no one hardly even sees? Lol.

A solid 3.5 million, the rest is just realtor commission.

yeah 40 mil all day for that place. Can effortlessly hold large parties. It manages to be flashy yet avoids being gimicky which is a hard balance to achieve. Honestly I would say its main weakpoint is also its main strongpoint. It's spread out for day to day living. But In LA that can almost feel like a luxury especially when every room has a great view. Or to give your family space to do your own things.
