Haha, thanks Scott. Brockdale is a great neighborhood and your patio was worth every penny on the resale market. I am just starting a build job for some clients with Southgate in Brockdale and they went with the huge patio as well. Be well!

Do not feel bad. In my opinion, you should be spending a ton of time on your patio. It should be an extra living room.

That backyard looks good, only worry is rain water collecting at the middle of the yard and yard staying dump for days.

Hi Gee, our builders will put swales in the yards to direct the rain water. In Texas with our heat the water dries quickly. Builders have a typical policy of if its not dried up in 48hrs there is a problem and call them to fix it... Thanks for watching!

That’s a lie about bath tub’s most women like taking baths instead of showers all the time, because your bath time is when you can sit an soak, relaxation, reflection and meditation time. If something serious happens and your guest needs to sit in a hot tub of soaking water with Epsom salt they won’t have to use your tub.😀🤗😇😀

@@TheLivingWellTeam That's about what I expected they'd be in terms of price. When I come in, the first thing I'm going to do is plant the trees, so I'd prefer they already had a year in the ground anyway. I guess that maybe that's not how long your houses are empty.
