Seattle Yachts kindly invited me onboard this stunning 2022 Hampton 658L Endurance LRC named “Knot Flying”. The yacht was on display at the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show both as a brokerage listing, and to help showcase what Hampton can offer to perspective new build clients.
The yacht measures in at 70ft in length, with a beam of 19ft 2 inches, and a draft of 5ft 2 inches. Not only does the hull size and design give great stability, but she is also equipped with ABT Trac Digital stabilizer system with 12 sq. ft. fins.
This example benefits from many upgrades including the larger Cat-18 diesels producing 1136hp each; upgraded generators with both a 20kw and 25kw generator installed; and all the electronics have been upgraded to 5 x Garmin 22” multi-function displays.
Unlike most Hampton Yachts I have been onboard, this one boasts a well-equipped pilot house with a lower helm, as well as a fully equipped open flybridge. This combination gives you the best of both worlds! As for docking, as well as having a 25hp bow thruster, you also have 2 docking stations located on the aft deck on both the port and starboard quarters.
For accommodation, you have 3 luxury staterooms with an additional crew quarter that could easily be used for guest accommodation. The galley has all the space and appliances that any chef would be proud to call home.

Thank you 😊 I've been fortunate to get on several now, and they never disappoint. I love that as much as they are luxury yachts, they still factor in great sea keeping qualities for those that want to cruise further offshore.

Tops out at around 20 knots. For long range, you would cruise around 8 knots. For fast cruising, you would be somewhere in the 12-15 knot range 😉
For 3.7 mil it should be all melay appliances

So far, I don't recall seeing Miele appliances on any boat 🤔 Not sure if there is a reason for that besides the obvious costs 🤷♂️

Hopefully this is taken as constructive criticism. I cannot believe, at all, that you did not say "I like the fact (saying about 1,000 times) that there's stabilization control from the cockpit remote stations - BOTH of them". How many times have you seen ABT Trac stabilization control from the cockpit docking stations???? I can say it's been never. Ever. There are more and more yacht/boat touring channels popping up every day. Many of us are looking for very specific and real highlights that all serious potential buyers are looking for. Besides the "fluff reel" that all ytubers are showing, we must see; Class - what friggin class is every one you show - capability is huge, stabilizer, water makers, is shower gonna be comfy for 6mons+, laundry equip, engine type (with real mileage numbers - period.), drive type (shaft especially), get home capability, inverters, extra freezer space, radar type, fuel (possibility of increase info is huge - need to go from NE US -> FLa -> Bahamas --> Atlantic crossing OR -> Bahamas -> Jamaica -> Panama Canal -> Sea of Cortez - > Alaska / Vancouver Island (like to travel from fishing/lobstering to hunting & fishing & crabbing then back. Then Hawaii to Fiji, NZ, etc -Australia, etc and etc. One last thing nobody is mentioning in a way worth hearing, Nordhavn has 'ocean crossing' for
