C-Dory's really are neat, efficient boats. Loved the one we had before going to the dark side with Stabicraft, LOL. Is the Venture a different hull design from the classic Cruiser/Angler line? Maybe a little more vee up front and deadrise aft?

The quality has decreased compared to the previous models. The inadequacy of the cabin part is very obvious.

11.5 gallons per hour? Dude - that sucks!

Actually he said and it showed 11.1 gph, and he was going at least 35 mph. So well over 3 mpg which is pretty darn good for a capable boat going that fast in moderate chop.
