Dude I have been a cabinet maker for 45 years, this is one of the coolest table tops I have ever seen, from a fellow craftsman, well done, my father let him rest taught me everything I know and I wish he was alive today to see what you made. I just built my first little wooden entry table the other day (a project that required 5% of the impressive skillset you show here) and even then I felt so proud of my little creation. Thanks, yeah I needed to sand it down a few times, so that took some of it, the owner seems to think theres a good balance betweeen pallet references and tabletop. I was happy to mention you, you're one of my absolute favorite channels to look for answers and ideas on how to solve things.

I have watched only 2 of your videos as I found your channel yesterday, but man this is good stuff. This is so pure and honest, somehow you make fancy crafts without doing much fancy work. As an amateur/beginner woodworker this channel is great to learn from and I love your vibe. Greetings from Finland!

I've been subscribed for a while but I just seen this today and also your "bedroom pallet" build video... haha... love your sense of humor and it is an inspiration. I too, use pallets and build all kinds of things... YES a "pallet buster" tool and "pneumatic de-nailer" are a MUST if your are serious about doing things with pallets. For the past 5 years+ I had been using a circular saw/reciprocating saw etc...EVEN a chainsaw to ease the dismantling process for pallets. It ALWAYS came down to the crowbar/hammer etc.... It is so cool to see like-minded people. If you want to DO THIS? GET A PALLET BUSTER(swivel-end type) AND a de-nailer... your welcome. (I speak from experience)

Your work is Beautifully Genius. I work for the “king” of fasteners (distribution) and I too have a passion for working with reclaimed pallets and skids - so the aforementioned lends me access to assortment from around the globe. Sometimes I have to put the projects on hold, just to spend several days breaking down pallets, cleaning and sorting, cutting, sizing and inventorying (OCD and ADT makes this process overwhelming,but I get it done). Your video on “How to dismantle pallets without destroying them” was full of knowledge! Anyway - You have mad skills in the pallet shop my man !! I have subscribed and while I do some watch over you past videos, I look for to your new ones. Keep on, Keepin’ on !!!!

So my wife thought the first few seconds should be compulsory viewing for all makers.... then on second viewing, I came to realise you said you made this FOR your wife.... then sold it to the Bar instead 🤣 Brave man. Thanks for the shoutout, and what a great learning project. Yep, cheap wood will soak up resin like a sponge. I don't think many people have ever taken fire to a resin project either 😂 But the bar got a bargain... would have been a grand in resin in there alone.

Keeping it authentic is just my way of saying "hey, I'm human and I make mistakes too!" As for my table, I'm glad you think it's spectacular and well made. Hi Jake, thank you for your comment. There's always a reason behind it when something goes akward in the workshop or when somebody reacts very emotionally with a comment on something they see. I think I have turned some angry commenters over to be positive commenters just by being honest with them. I have yet to block somebody from the channel. Cheers, Jesper

@@soothingsounds1784 Clients: If you're just starting out I would go through friends and family first and make them something. Take pictures of and post on social media. Then your family may recommend you to somebody else, and people will look you up and see nice pictures. Visit bars and cafe's. Try Etsy. Make some videos and put on KZread.

Hello my dear friend Jesper, It's such a great design. Freelance style and decoration from pallet blocks. It was a good idea to flatten it with the router. It was nice that you kept the rustic look. nice sanding and polishing at long intervals. The result is magnificent. A wonderful rustic look. all the colors are vibrant and flamboyant. you did a great job. This coffee table is really beautiful. Decorative and stylish. Real recycling and pleasure. Congratulations. Hi Mehmet, thank you so much for watching my film! I think it turned out great in the end, and I learned so much. I will definately do more epoxy resin projects in the future. Used right it can really add something to a table, and it can allow you to use wood that othervise could not have been used (e.g. rotten wood etc. ) Some of the blocks in this table came from Turkey, and whenever I look at the table I think of how it came together with parts from all over the planet. What are you working on right now?

This is the first time I've subscribed to a channel. This is the second or third video of yours that I watched. The first one was the pallet block river table. As I recall there were a couple videos grouped with that one. Everything of yours I watched was inspiring and entertaining. I hope folks take your lead and start picking up discarded objects and making stuff out of it. It is that easy. Then after a while, The stuff you make Performs its intended function and is pleasing to the eye as well. Your editing is slick and keeps simple animals like me glued to the screen. Go Jesper Go!

Very nice Jesper! I have made a few table tops from pallet wood. Instead of glue and acrylic, I use construction adhesive to fill the gaps and nail holes. The result is amazing.

First-class table, mate... loved it...!!! Having worked with epoxy quite a bit myself, I feel your pain as far as the leaking, sealing, sanding... more leaking... more sanding... blah blah blah blah... but the effort shines through in the finished product...! Well done...! :)

Hi Juliet, this is the dream comment any creator just hope to get one time in their life! Thank you so much for staying in the loop and supporting creators all over the world. This was very much an experiment both project wise and video wise, and it looks like both subscribers and new viewers are watching it, which make me very happy. My wife is also very happy, she's not too fond of pallet projects anymore (guess why ;-) and I'm building her a new table from a dead tree that we recovered from a lake nearby. I think it will be called the "supermassive endgrain coffee table". How are you doing on your island?

@@JesperMakes You are most welcome, Jesper...actually I ought to say "thank you" for making such a "feel good" video...the build, the quality of the video and there is the fact that, well at the very beginning, I said to myself, "Jesper and I have a similar vocabulary!" Where I am, this "so and so" pandemic has affected every price in a bad way for everyone! I went to the hardware to price lumber and basically all I said was, "F**k!" Take care Jesper and I will see you in the next video!

Somethimes I think that using new wood is kind of cheating. Reclaimed timber presents all kinds of challenges-
