How do I change the passengers, if I'm taking off from a small runway and can't fly with all the passengers? There's no option to change that unless I'm over MTW

If there was one thing I could tell a Solaris trainee, is that you should never try to land at KABQ with a 43 knot tailwind. (I didn’t try that whatsoever...)
Do you have to buy your planes to use as well

No. The airline owns the aircraft. You just have to own a simulation of that aircraft in your simulator.
You spelled "virtual" wrong
26:42 Butter landing which would broke the gear due shimmy. :D Airbus technical manual specify the most desirable landing is -150fpm as a best point of compromise between wear and tear, and passenger's comfort, with lowest V/S as -80 to prevent landing gear shimmy and aircraft not to recognize landing and not activate a 'Ground mode'. :))
