Cuanto tiempo se debe cargar la primer vez antes de usar sino trae carga?

@@angelsc3563 lo pones dónde le dé el sol para que se cargue el panel que viene con el foco, eso es todo. Para prenderlo apretqs el botón verde o también con el control remoto pero fíjate que al panel no le dé la luz cuando quieras prenderlo porque debe estar en lugar oscuro

Welcome, i think Dark is not enough for the lighting of the lamp, you should to try by covering solar panel for know that lamp is working well.

Hello, at first time I had the same problem, because I didn't know how the lamp works, you must to watching the video from minute 3:01 to 3:55. It is very easy to understand this problem. The lamp needs in place dark enough to turn on. To turn off the red lamp, you must press the off button.
