Are those two different 12VDC systems or can you parallel join?

Can we charge lifpo4 wich has 4s 3.2v = 14. V 80 ah battery ?

Shouldn't the 12v inverter be connected to the load side of the scc? How will the scc cut off the load from the battery if it's connected directly to it? Low voltage disconnect and reconnect will seem pointless.

The inverter itself has the ability to disconnect the load when battery voltage drops so there is no need to connect it directly to the charge controller

Is this mean that 100ah battery must go with 150watt of solar panels?

A typical 100 watt solar panel will yield approximately 30aH of recharge per day. In order to yield approximately 100aH, you'll need about 300 watts.

Do the controllers need to be identical. ?? Or can they be different size in voltage

They can be different sizes. You can run multiple controllers into a battery bank and they don't need to be matched.

@@superfun2175 Are your batteries in parallel? If so, connecting a controller to one battery and connecting a controller to the other battery is the same as connecting two controllers to either of the batteries. Since they are in parallel, it doesn't matter where you place them. Think of the two batteries in parallel as one large battery. You can connect the inverter to either battery if they are in parallel.

@@ZonaJim yes the batteries are connected parallel, since the pwm controller produce 60A and it is 2 so am thinking maybe I can connect it independently so they receive 60Amps each then connect both ends as a whole to inverter. I hope it works

No, you don't connect your inverter to your load on your charge controller. Load on the charge controller is only for low amp DC like light's. Not a inverter that can pull 100 amps plus. You will destroy the charge controller. Why do people do that. I see it all the time. Even fused. 40 amp CC or 20 amp CC and so on isn't design high amps run through the load. It's for lights.

Oh, maybe this is a reply to @crownedangel's comment asking whether he should connect the inverter to the load terminals of SCC, in that case you're right.

There are so many errors with this drawing. 1. No fuses or circuit breakers are shown. That is a potential safety issue. 2. You have lines going to mysterious "12V DC Systems". The 12V DC systems should be connected to the battery if you want power when the sun is not shining on the panels. 3. You do not give specs on the MPPT controller sizes, wire sizes, Inverter sizing, etc. 4. If connecting the inverter output to the house, it needs to be connected to an isolator to prevent voltage feeding back into the grid in a power outage. 5. The inverter needs to be grounded.

Very bad! Connect the modules in series and use an mppt controller. No pwm controller as shown here.
