Sven wants to ask an expert about Christmas, because everybody is so excited about it. He wants to know if you really have to meet that particular day to have a fight with your families at exactly the same time every year. He suspects that there must be a reason for this, so he went to the North Pole by electric helicopter (for sustainability). He's astonished to see trees there because he expected much more snow. He’s looking for Santa Claus there. Jeans wishes all the best to all Shadowplayers. It's the time of the year where one is looking back on the past year, and despite the weird times there were some cool moments thanks to you. They played cool concerts, indoors and outdoors, everything was really cool. He already got the fanzine and he's very impressed by how good it looks, the great reports and photos, everything translated into English, a huge effort, really cool. One can say thank you for that. Thank you! Sven has spent one hour walking without finding any sign of Santa. But he came up with an explanation why there are so many trees, because wood is needed for the sleigh. Without trees, there's no wood. Although planting pine plantations just for a sleigh seems a bit exaggerated. André tries to grow a Santa like beard until Christmas. He wishes everyone to be able to meet their families or do whatever they intend to do on Christmas. For next year, he wishes for concerts without masks again, and maybe an optimistic second half of the year without a pandemic. Sven notices something in the forest, there are some fenced cottages, and he thinks that Santa is living there. There's also a transmitting mast in the forest at the North Pole. He thinks that's weird. He's disappointed. He thinks the transmitting mast is pretty useful, though, because Santa probably wants to have internet connection. Then he notices a weird noise. He thought everything would be totally different, he believed the North Pole to be romantic, Coca Cola trucks driving through a snow-covered landscape. And now there isn’t even a snow-covered landscape. He's trying to find out where the noise comes from, there might be some jingle bells to be heard there. Michael wishes Merry Christmas and a happy New Year and that everybody stays healthy and brave. Meanwhile, Sven has found the source of the noise. Unbelievably, there is a motorway. So there's no sleigh at all, but Santa is sending trucks loaded with presents. If Sven had known there is a motorway he wouldn't have come there by helicopter. He is very disappointed. He even spotted a Flixbus. Even a Flixbus is going to the North Pole, probably the fare is 9.90 euros. Then he finds an asphalt street. Unbelievable. He goes in the other direction, but there is still no signage. He'd thought it would be totally different, not like this. Lars is sending his regards from the Shadowplay headquarters. Sven has spent three to four hours walking without any result, apart from knowing that Santa has planted a forest for his sleigh, and built a motorway for all the presents without using the sleigh. As the only sign of Santa is his housing, which isn't nice at all with that transmitting mast, Sven has his doubts that Santa even exists. Now he's going to fly back and wishes Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Jeans says that usually people wish that Christmas time is a quiet time. But he wishes that the time after Christmas will be not so quiet again, and we'll have lots of fun next year. Sven has returned to his helicopter landing site, where something had gone wrong during the landing, creating a forest aisle. But now the helicopter has gone. They probably thought he wouldn't come back. What an idiot. So Sven is looking for the Flixbus stop. If he'd known that before, he wouldn't have come in the first place.
