Solar Eclipse Plant Music

Many of you asked if the eclipse would affect plant music, so we visited Longhorn Cavern State Park near Burnet, Texas to see what we could find. The result is a video documenting the song of a nopal cactus during one of the most powerful celestial events of our time.

I love that you found a way for us to hear the sounds of nature. Question: Does this cactus sound different during the darkness of the eclipse than it does when it's night time? Another question: Have you hooked 2 or more plants to one of your devices to find out if the sounds change when you move them closer together?

Pour avoir vu un concert de cela, il n est pas certain que l eclipse soit l'élément majeur de cette symphonie. Les émotions humaines autour ont un rôles aussi, ainsi que tout. Merci pour ce partage qui enrichit profondément. Post scriptum: pendant le concert la/les plantes étaient un instrument que les humains joueurs de musiques accompagnaient. Timide au début, full groov a mesure que l ambiance montait. Ma question est donc : la plante s entendait elle?
