the battery power indication of this device is linear but lithium batteries are not. it means the indicator will show its full for a long time then it will suddenly drop.

The only issue I have with this monitor is the connections for the wires is not very secure. They could easily vibrate out. Other Tun that I have no issues with its operation.

Hi i found these great but when uding battery charger and charger turns off after reaches full charge It kills the monitor Any thing that can be done Works fine if stop charger before it reaches full charge

At the 6 minute mark, I almost peed my pants from that positive wire a few times. I know it is a tiny wire, but Jesus! Lol. Great video btw.

Living life on the edge! Ah it might spark a little but that would be about it.

Just FYI, DO NOT use that inline circuit breaker (use a fuse), it causes a voltage drop across it. I had one going from the charge controller to the batteries and my batteries never fully charged as it had a 2v drop across that inline circuit breaker.

just fyi, its a shunt, not a circuit breaker. its supposed to have a small voltage drop if you draw current so you can measure power. if you dont use the shunt, it cant measure power. and it is small if you use the correctly rated shunt.

@@justinnewman5533 2:15 is the circuit breaker and WILL have about a 2VDC drop across it, the shunt is fine, the circuit breaker at 2:15 is going to screw things up.
