I don't believe Beyonce is as pressed for the attention as the Beehive may believe. The Grammy awards are given based on the votes from their peers. The peers make their decisions based on the accolades and gifts received. So if your management is not basically kissing a_ _ , and brownnosing your peers and producers, won't vote for you. The AOTY and the other major categories go beyond Beyonce. The bottom line is how the Grammys won’t recognize black artists as easy as they recognize the white artists on those categories and specifically black women.
