What are your thoughts on the massive expansion of new hotels in Cuba Dave? It seems borderline excessive all of the building going on. Do they think pre COVID times on steroids are coming or that American laws might be relaxed? With the current/future economic climate such that it is I feel like they’re being a bit optimistic. Cheers.

I have not been to any newer hotels, but yea most hotels are nowhere near capacity even during peak season. I don't expect US Cuba relations to change any time soon. What I have seen this year is starting to fix up the resorts that were neglected during COVID.
