I really hope we get these new tracks in XIV. It was so hype hearing the Azyz Lla and eScape Leit motifs I was hyped from the trailer but I really enjoyed how they presented everything in the DLC.

I just realized how Viper coded Odin's Dancing Steel move is lol

The entire time I was playing thru this dlc was just "allagans!" Meme and I walked into the tower and went "OH COOL! It's Aetherochemical research facility!" And omg omega theme slapped! And the PTSD from seeing pantokractor I screamed 😂

any FF16 gameplay deserves an automatic like, but your initial struggle deserves a subscription. keept it up.

The dungeon song bedore getting ro Omega is really cool. It has shades of eScape, Azys La, and Ultima's themes mixed in.

I got fractal continuum vibes at the freaking containers, set designers went full alagan on us for the fallen

yeah id recommend everyone to not use odin and that specific skill. just ruins the difficulty. youre pretty much invincible and do stupid damage.

@@KazaarTV This is the best advice. Odin with Dancing Steel literally trivializes the game more than using the accessibility (Story Mode) rings does

As broken as Odin is I do like shouting bankai whenever I do zentetsuken level 5 so I’m keeping it lmao😭

Man, I love the beetle borg. The music was amazing as well.

If I had a dollar for everytime Omega had his O11 used I would have about 4 bucks….not bad

i used atomic ray to farm an easy megadeath lvl 4. so easy to dodge the circles.

Kinda unfortunate that there was no primal vs primal fight in the dlc. I was hoping they'd have it because those have the coolest spectacle in the game.

@@AzureKyle They already showed Ifrit trying to tank Leviathan's Tidal Wave, so we're pretty much confirmed on that.

Zantetsuken is not an argument, it is a question. And the answer is: Yes. Also, Soken is a fan of theme songs for specific characters? So am I. Have been forever. It's something I think is particularly cool about videogames/movies/tv as a medium that you can have musical motifs, both to foreshadow, announce entry of a character from offscreen, or even invoke memory of a character who has passed on. It's just a neat trait of the artform.

I feel like things like Zantetsuken, Gigaflare, Diamond Dust, Will o wykes and Lightning rod are just there as accessibility tools for people who aren't used to action games. Or just people that like seeing big number and not actually interacting with the combat system, dunno.

@@samanthabamberry8367 Couldn't tell ya. I haven't played this game and probably won't (other than possibly FF7, I'm boycotting "PS5 limited exclusive" games). I just thought it looked cool and is an iconic ability.

1. Both DLC's kicked ass 2. The music was top notch 3. I was 100% expecting Omega to use Omega code

At least you managed to play.. I couldn’t download anything from PSN for the last 24 hours.. I thought something was wrong with my PS5 and wound up resetting it entirely (after clearing cache / rebuilding DB etc). Only later to find out it was a PSN issue. (Couldn’t find anything posted about it at the time) needless to say, I have a lot of downloading to do in order to get my PS5 back to where it was. 🤷‍♂️

Nice to hear some FF14 music in FF16 😂
