i literally gasped when kyuho said his dad made noodles every sunday because my dad does the same thing! noodles on sunday morning are such a treat 🍜 sending love !!

Ramyun for breakfast is awesome! Kyuho's Mom always considers Sarah's dietary habits.

Really loved this vlog! Love the mountains. Also funny how Sarah carries around cat food, even when she goes on vacation, haha.

Sokcho looks so beautiful, I've always wanted to visit, but I live in Gwangju, and it's long road trip that I'm not ready to commit to lol, so I would live vicarously through this vlog.

rest stops in Korea were my FAVORITE!!! so much better than the US :)

Because America is 95 times bigger than South Korea. Big country doesn't have to build infrastructure for every place. Also, Japanese rest stops are as well developed as ours.

@@Milemione234 Not true. I live in Europe (many small countries) and have been to rest stops all over Europe and have yet to see a single clean and modern rest stop. It's not related to country size.

My favourite place on earth! Sokcho and Seoraksan are just amazing - especially in autumn! Thanks so much for the memories as this is about as close as we've got since 2018. Where you were sitting for lunch was right near where we stayed. What is the Korean obsession of banning swimming when the water is so calm? 🤗🇦🇺❤️🇰🇷

The room you're staying in is giving me serious vibes of your old apartment.

I love videos with Kyuho’s parents. They’re absolutely delightful! I can’t wait till you can return to Canada 🇨🇦 so Sarah can see her parents again too! Lovely area though, too bad all the traffic kept you from the mountain. Beemo hissing at you when you got home cracked me up! How dare you leave him! 🤣🤣

WOW, you guys I've had South Korea on my travel/live abroad list for a while but seeing all your videos and especially this little road trip vlog makes me so ready to go! I love the architecture, the new and the old buildings all mixed together. Such beautiful scenery, you guys did it justice, it looks amazing! Hope it was a refreshing trip :)

My hubby and I visited Korea back in 2013 winter and decided to take a trip to sok cho. We hit a blizzard on the way back and it was scary as hell! Lol it’s nice to see the beach without the snow.

Oh my gosh THANK YOU for this video! I'm only a few minutes in and am in love with the scenary (+ the rain shots) already! Holy cow those mountains are stunning, and the air is so clean. I live in Arizona, USA. We are in a horrendous drought right now with wildfires burning down some of my favorite mountains. The air is so dirty the skies aren't even blue these days. Seeing this video really lightened my mood in a time where my chest hurts most days watching the places I love so much burning down. Really, this whole place was so beautiful.

I wanted to add Sokcho to my trip itinerary for some time. It looks beautiful and upon checking it seems accessible by buses. My parents want to see the East coast of Korea when we travel next year so it might be the best option from Seoul. I always need a day to rest after travelling. Travelling is exhausting.

Hi there! Yes it is accessible by bus from Seoul! I’ve done that in 2019 solo travel. And then travel from my dorm to Seorak entrance using bus too but you need to plan your journey because a lot of people want to go there! As you can see theres a lot of traffic. So prepare food in advance to be eaten there

The sites looked beautiful! Water looked so clear and fresh! As others mentioned, yes, the pit stops are always pretty bomb! Same with Japan as well. The pit stops basically have to part of the fun of the trip too haha!
