ARIRANG is a song that expresses the spirit of Korea, and its exact meaning is unclear. It is often said that this is a song that sang the pain of division between North and South Korea. Your reactions are so delightful! I believe this Korean folk song has been "backmasked" by concatenating many Hebraic phrases that have a prophetic meaning. But you need to listen to the versions closer to the original in order to hear them. The DPRK (North Korean) version is probably fairly close to the original.

Yes, in the versions I consider to be closer to the original, there are the following Hebraic words chained together in such a way that the previous word, in part or whole becomes the beginning of the next word: 1) "shibri", which is masculine form of the number seven, which represents completion or spiritual perfection; 2) "redowt", which means "will rule" or "will have dominion"; 3) "chomot", which means "wall"; 4) "azab", which means "restore" or "repair"; 5) "Baal-Peor", which is the place the Israelites were seduced into Baal worship, and this is represented by the Korean word "balbyeong", which means "foot ailment". Also, the ancient name for Jerusalem is "Ariel", while "Ari" means "lion", which is the symbol for the tribe of Judah. I believe the Korean word for "tiger", "Horang", might be derived from the Hebrew word "Charan", which means "mountaineer". (The tiger is an animal symbolising the Han people, which is the name for the Korean people.) So "Arirang" might be referring to those descendants of Charan (English "Haran", a brother of Abraham) who are also descended from Yehudah ("Judah"). And the hill of Arirang could then be a metaphorical reference to Jerusalem itself, which the Bible prophesies will again dwell securely (Jeremiah 33). In Korean, the ordinal number ten is "shib", but this seems to be because the number ten is the physical manifestation of completion (we have ten fingers, and 10 in the base 7 system is equivalent to 7). In Korean, the word "ri" can refer to an administrative district or a distance of almost 490 meters, so this can be understood as roughly 700 paces. So ten "ri" would be 7000 paces. If we adopt Archbishop James Ussher's theological insights, we can understand that the first 6000 years of human history is prefigured by the first six weeks of the Creation week, while the millennial reign lasting a thousand years is represented by the sabbath day. So when the song says "10 ri could not be reached before the foot ailment occurs", this seems to symbolise the fact that the Messiah died before the 7000 years (represented as 7000 paces) are attained.
