@@halavvapatil8918 sanity testing is a type of testing while retesting is related to bug life cycle. retesting is what a tester does once a bug had been marked as fixed by the developer. So retesting is a operation performed by tester in the bug life cycle. If on retesting things work fine the bug is 'closed' else the bug is ' reopened'

sir thank you so much for your such amazing videos on learning software testing. just a small thing that annoys me is that you recommend to other video more often even if it is a simple topic sometimes i go back to search other video and miss to come back to this one and move out of my track and then start again from the breakeven point. hope you got my point just wanted to share my experience as fresher learning testing. once again i want to thank you learning as well as interview videos you create.
