U can use wine to install any windows software howerver it is better to use the Linux equivalent Libreoffice which is free and have the basic features required

Filmora seems to be paid software available only in windows and Mac , I recommend u to try KDENLIVE software( free and open source ) u can check kdenlive videos in my Linux software playlist for more information
