Before Checkin Take a blank paper and write Room No. Rent Agreed. Security No. of sharing Electricity bill per unit price (check properly some charge very high above normal bill). Sub-meter for your room. Food and Snaks no. of time served. Other charges. Table & Chair if available. Get the paper signed by Owner and You, keep original copy with you and give photocopy to Owner. Take one ID photocopy of PG incharge or Owner,and send it to your family.

yes you are correct. initially they confirm rent for some price and while we are checking in they say that currently app is showing higher price we could not go forward with that price. they are big liers. many people inc me experienced the same issue. and i wont reccomend stanza at all. food is worst here. even after lot of complaints they wont change the food.

I actually visited place after watching this video. The place is nearby waste water, less ventilation and they just show you good sample room and you get allotment other one. Minimum 3 months you need to stay otherwise deposit can't get refund. The person managing it is very arrogant. Take it or leave it. Don't go for just on fun area. Don't waste time and money here. There are many places nearby you can check and go for it.

I gave Rs 6,000 as the token money for reserving my bed in San Diego, Stanza Living in New Delhi. It's a girl's pg, and I reserved the bed for my daughter. The condition on which I gave 6,000 was that the money was fully refundable without any terms and conditions, as said by all the 4-5 employees of the firm, especially Hemani, Palak and Rohit, from whom we had the dealing. Even there were no conditions were mentioned on the payment receipt in written. But as we asked for the refund due to personal reasons, they straight way refused it. The company is totally fraud as none of the employees had ID cards, which associated them with the company. Worst experience, and the company is totally fraud.

I stayed in Hyderabad for 4 years. Area near dlf is very congested and dirty. In rainy season drainage water is all over the roads.

@@ave5h I lived in multiple localities such as whitefield, kondapur and hafeezpet. Drainage is always an issue across all localities in Hyderabad.

Ye Gowlidoddi ka hai na...iss area me 100+ PGs hai....bahot saare naye bane hai...khana bhi sahi hota hai (atleast mere PG me acha hai) aur in stanza no lunch during weekdays matlab, aajkal hybrid model chal raha, PG me rehke kaam karoge but lunch nhi milega...
