I already know this is ginna be a great video. I put 2017 Road Glide bags on my 2016 Softail Deluxe and I have no regrets. HOGWORX really is the go to place for this type if conversion. Why 2017 road glide bags? Is that the model that fits the softail? I’m looking to get some but dislike the space between the fender and bags. Thanks

To bad I didn't know about these as I already got an exhaust so I would have to get another one to make these fit. They look great though.

@@kowal789 as long as the muffler is above the axle nut, you’re good. Otherwise you’ll need a new exhaust.

Should I install saddlebag guard before the conversion kit? Also, does the kit come with screws in case you don’t have or don’t want to use the oem screws?

Install the conversion kit first. Front mount to the foot peg mount. Guard lower mount goes to the hole behind the foot peg mount. Some fasteners are included. Give us a call at 888-615-6344 or email support@hogworkz.com for further assistance.

Thanks for your interest in Hogworkz! This kit will come with everything you will need to install. For this to fit your bike you must make sure your pipes sit all the way below your rear axle. You may have to relocate your turn signals but that's it! Ride safe 😎

do the bags work with the Harley Hardfast detachable mounting system and saddlebag guard kit that is used on 2021 heritage?

Thank you for your questions! The saddlebag conversion kit will work with your holdfast kit installed but you may need longer bolts to install with this. Your saddlebag guard will not be able to be used with this though. Hope this helps!

Will these fit with a 2020 Heritage Classic 114 and stock exhaust? I assume not. Would they then fit with a Thorcat Vance & Hines Pro Pipe? Appreciate your response... thx.

Thanks for your question, whatever set up you have your pipes must sit all the way below your rear axle otherwise this conversion bracket will not work.

No sir, it doesn't look like the stock pipes are below the rear axle.You would need to change out your pipes for this kit to work for you.

Correct me these saddlebag cannot go with the orignal exhaust? Because exhaust is high.

The pipes MUST sit all the way the rear axle for this kit to work so if they do not then changing out your pipes is the only option.
